Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect Trainer & content developer working part-time to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in software development, system design and cloud architecture.

As a Cloud Architect Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering high-quality training content and programs to our students, ensuring they acquire necessary skills to excel in architecture design, cloud deployments and performance optimization, evolving their careers into Cloud Architects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
• Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Use a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles and ensure student comprehension.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to individuals and groups virtually, ensuring participants understand complex technical topics and can apply them in real-world scenarios.
• Customize training programs if needed to meet specific needs of different students at Careerpedia.
• Provide mentorship and support to trainees, guiding them through challenging concepts and helping them troubleshoot technical issues.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, making adjustments to improve learning outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors of Masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in architecting solutions for large enterprise systems in cloud.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technology and infrastructure as well as experience in designing and migrating applications into cloud.
• Experience in CI/CD, Automation, containerization and DevOps practices.
• Previous experience in technical training or education, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training strategies based on participant feedback.
