Cloud Architect:
We are on the hunt for a talented cloud architect to manage our cloud architecture and position in cloud environments. You will play a strategic role in maintaining all cloud systems including the front-end platforms, servers, storage, and management networks.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud computing and technology systems, as well as experience designing and transferring applications to the cloud. You should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively share your knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overall 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and out of which at least 1 year of experience as a cloud solution architect with hands-on experience on AWS / Azure cloud platform
- Proficient in cloud migration assessment
- Has architected/built cloud native applications
- Understands the cloud application hosting, cloud running of apps end to end.
- Demonstrate knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability
- Demonstrate knowledge of DevOps tool chains and processes
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization for Inspire cloud end to-end architecture, including Azure, AWS and future providers, networking, provisioning, and management
- Develop a library of deployable and documented cloud design patterns, based on the Inspire application portfolio, as a basis for deploying services to the cloud
- Maintain overall industry knowledge on latest trends, technology, etc.
- Define optimal design patterns and solutions for high availability and disaster recovery for applications
- Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy
Qualifications:
- Experience in working with AWS and other cloud providers
- Knowledge of open-source tools such as Kubernetes and Docker
- Skills in data storage and security
- Knowledge on Server security.
