Senior Cloud Administrator: Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Experience:
3 Years of experience. Min. 1 Years in Managing Cloud

Customer-oriented attitude Excellent verbal and written communication
Managing existing cloud infrastructure (Install, configure, monitor and manage) by following processes and standards for optimal use of cloud services.
Collaborate with the application teams to enable their applications to run on Cloud infrastructure. Implementing optimal system requirements by working together with application architects and application owners.
Preventive maintenance to avoid failures and complications related to a cloud
Proactive monitoring of cloud infrastructure for failure and security breaches Debugging.
technical issues involving KVM virtualization, Hyper-V, Virtualizor etc.
Manage cloud infrastructure to provide application scalability, manageability, performance and redundancy
Keep systems within the cloud infrastructure fully patched against known vulnerabilities with suggested patches/upgrades from the OEM
Engage with OEM Technical support to open and follow up on service requests
Implement the Information Security Guidelines and implement necessary security hardening on the various cloud components
Use services tickets opened by application owners for resolution of issues/queries, provide updates, comments, closure.
Team should have the ability to generate MIS reports periodically for example: Volume of calls / per day, resolution % per day etc.
Work with hardware vendors to keep the infra in optimal situation Work with storage team for provisioning storage
Understand various network topologies and engage with the network team for ensuring network connectivity for cloud
Deep troubleshooting skills to identify and remediate problems related to Compute, Network, Storage, Operating Systems (Windows, Linux), DB issues - MSSQL and My SQL. .
Strong skills on KVM Virtualization, Virtualizor, Operating system related issues, RDS, TSPlus, CentOS.
Working knowledge of the other public clouds.
