We are looking for Sales and Closing Manager to manage our full cycle Sales, from identifying potential Customers to Ensure end-to-end booking process.
Responsible for increasing Direct Sales at a site to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for all Walk-in & CP enquiries.
Should be excellent in negotiation and closing the deals.- Do regular follow-ups with customers to ensure closure.
Crafting sales strategies to ensure all sales plans and targets are executed.
- Ensure end-to-end booking process with a collection of the initial booking amount.
Develop and implement closing procedures, checklists to streamline processes and minimize errors.- Manage the closing process of real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
Achieve the maximum level of customer satisfaction while striving towards maximizing sales for the organization.
- Ensure to achieve allocated business targets within stipulated time frame
Candidates from the Real Estate (Residential, Commercial) industry will be preferred with a minimum 4+ years of experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.- Self Motivated and goal oriented.
Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency of languages - Marathi, Hindi, English
