Closing Manager

Responsibilities

• Complete the individual booking target given for the week, month, quarter.
• Provide complete project information to the client including payment plans, project layout.
• Conduct site tour of the project site.
• Resolve client queries / doubts related project.
• Facilitate negotiations with clients to get the booking at the best rate.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, sales techniques, and real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.
• Real Estate closing experience of minimum 2 - 3 years in Mumbai market.
• Pleasing personality and excellent communication.
• Good negotiation skills.
