We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce CLM Consultant with expertise in development and support to join our team. The Salesforce CLM Consultant will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Salesforce CLM solutions to optimize contract management processes and ensure smooth system operations. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce development, integration, and troubleshooting, along with proficiency in contract management principles.
Responsibilities
DocuSign CLM Development:
Develop custom Salesforce CLM solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies.
Customize and configure Salesforce CLM applications to meet the organization's contract management requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and implement complex workflows, automation, and integrations within Salesforce CLM.
Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support for the Salesforce CLM application, including incident resolution, bug fixing, and system enhancements.
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as data cleanup, user management, and security configuration.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce CLM functionality, integration, and data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system-related challenges and provide technical guidance and support.
Integration and Data Management:
Integrate Salesforce CLM with other systems, such as CRM or ERP platforms, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
Design and develop data migration strategies and tools to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer to Salesforce CLM.
Manage data within Salesforce CLM, including data imports, exports, and transformations.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce CLM solutions.
Perform system and integration testing to validate the behavior of Salesforce CLM applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback during the testing and quality assurance process.
Documentation and Training:
Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations within Salesforce CLM.
Create user documentation and training materials to educate end-users on Salesforce CLM functionalities and best practices.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users, ensuring their effective utilization of Salesforce CLM.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Solid experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in developing and customizing Salesforce CLM solutions.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development technologies.
Strong understanding of contract management principles and familiarity with CLM concepts and practices.
Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, middleware).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security concepts.
Experience with testing methodologies and tools for Salesforce applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with stakeholders across different teams.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems is a plus.
