Job Title: Spine Physical Therapist Clinical Training

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role focuses on developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for clinical staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional spine care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spine therapy, education, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for physical therapists and clinical staff focused on spine care.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills among clinical staff.
- Create and update educational materials, including manuals, online courses, and workshop content.
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to new hires and existing staff to enhance clinical competencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay current with advancements in spine care and integrate evidence-based practices into training programs.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals and clinical standards.
Qualifications:
- Masters in Physical Therapy (MPT) degree.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Preferred Certified in McKenzie (MPT)/NDS/ Kinetic Control
- Well versed with Spine/core exercises
- Previous experience in training, education, or mentorship roles.
- Strong knowledge of spine anatomy, biomechanics, and pathology.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in developing educational materials and using various training methodologies.
- 1.6yrs BOND is applicable
shift Timings- 9am-6pm, Sunday fixed off
