Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the integrity of the data collected. Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to study protocols.
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants, obtaining informed consent as per regulatory guidelines.
Monitor patient progress and ensure accurate and timely data collection.- Maintain and organize study files, including regulatory documents and case report forms.
Collaborate with Principal Investigators, sponsors, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of clinical trials.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies and ethics committees as required.
Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), institutional policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Education:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) graduates (2024 and 2025 batches only).- Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies, regulatory requirements, and ethical considerations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
