Responsibilities:_
RCI License Mandatory_
- Lay down SOPs & Processes for new clinic
- Help in the registration & Licensing process
- Develop Treatment Protocols & Financial models for delivering care
- Conducting psychological assessments to evaluate clients mental health concerns, including cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Clinical observations, psychological testing, and diagnostic criteria outlined in the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders).
- Developing treatment protocols tailored to the client's specific needs and goals.
- Providing evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups using various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoanalysis, humanistic therapy, and others.
- Monitoring clients progress throughout the therapeutic process and adjusting treatment interventions, as necessary.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
- Offering crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing acute psychological distress or psychiatric emergencies.
- Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment reports, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Participating in ongoing professional development activities, such as continuing education courses, workshops, and conferences, to stay abreast of advances in the field of psychology.
- Masters/ Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited institution.
- RCI License as a psychologist
- Strong clinical skills in conducting psychological assessments and delivering psychotherapy across diverse populations and presenting problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Empathy, compassion, and cultural competence to work sensitively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities.
- Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional standards of conduct outlined by relevant licensing boards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical environment, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining electronic health records and using technology for teletherapy services, as needed.
