Clinical Psychologist (Remote - Commission Based)
Location: Kochi (Remote)
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our online wellness platform. This is a commission-based position where you will provide virtual therapy and counseling services to clients from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online therapy sessions (via video/audio calls) for clients dealing with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, stress, and more.
- Use therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and other evidence-based techniques.
- Maintain confidential and ethical standards while providing personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Regularly follow up with clients and adjust their therapy plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a team of wellness professionals to enhance the client experience.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.
- Licensed to practice as a clinical psychologist in India.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical practice, with a strong background in online or teletherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using online platforms for conducting virtual therapy.
- Based in or around Kochi.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-based role. Compensation will be paid per session, with competitive rates based on experience and session type.
