Our new mental health venture, Lighthouse Counselling Centre aims to provide a safe, therapeutic space for women. We are looking at providing one on one and group counselling services, interactive workshops, clinical assessments, career counselling etc. Lighthouse Counselling Centre is supported by NuBella, our medical wellness wing, which offers medical experts from fields such as General Medicine, Functional Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Cosmetology.
We are inviting an experienced female mental health professional with at least years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist at Lighthouse Counselling Centre.
The ideal psychologist candidate should have the skills and abilities listed below:
-Candidate should be a female above 30 years & have a valid license to practise psychology
- Be able to diagnose, assess & manage patients
- Possess the ability to work with varied age groups from adolescence to geriatric women
- Form positive, trusting rapport with patients.
- Create individualised treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
- Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.
- Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.
- Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress.
- Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality
