The Position Clinical Oncology Specialist Foundation Medicine

The Opportunity
As a COS you will be crafting FMI & personalize the Onco Pathology ecosystem amongst the clinicians across your assigned territory which includes Some parts of Delhi & entire Uttar Pradesh. You will be reporting to Manager FMI. You will be responsible for the following
1) Business Development
Map and Shape FMI and personalized onco-pathology ecosystem amongst the clinicians.
Find opportunities for crafting wider experience of broad genomic profiling (FMI) by evaluating market trends by capturing competitive information
Establish strong relations with the key clinicians in the healthcare arena i.e. majorly Oncologist, Pathologist, Surgeons, Molecular. Oncologist, Geneticist to drive belief and adoption of FMI solutions, sequencing portfolio and high medical value antibody markers.
Build & Implement clinical sales & marketing strategies, account based customized plans and programs to drive clinical adoption of target portfolio at the focus hospitals & labs & achieve the business targets in your assigned territory
2) KOL Development
Build & Own relationships with specific set of KOLs across the region by driving engagement & clinical awareness of your portfolio through Molecular tumor board, expert group meetings, account based CME's, medical conferences and other learning platforms.
Develop the Key Opinion Leaders and advocates for FMI and high medical value antibody solutions.
3) Cross Function Collaboration
Collaborate with cross functions in developing the consolidated customer-centric & disease-centric medical value sales dossiers, alliance value-add kits and competition rebuttals
Ensure compliance with Corporate, Regulatory and Quality Standards, Policies and Guidelines regarding products, procedures, operations and customer contact
Build trust & credibility with Eco-systems & collaborate with other functions
Who You Are
Life sciences/Pharmacy graduate+Cancer Genomics diploma/certification +MBA, MD/MBBS, MSc, PhD/ BDS, MSc, PhD/MBA will be an added advantage.
Having an overall experience of 7-8 years with a min of 2-3 years of work experience in genomics.
Preferred: Prior experience of working with clinicians especially oncologists & geneticist
