Job Role - Clinical Nutrition Executive

Location:Delhi -Sector 18 Noida OR Greater Kailash (Please apply only if you can travel to the mentioned Location daily as our Clinic is Situated in the mentioned locations)
Job Type:Full-time, On-site
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in an offline clinic environment.
- Convert prospects into paid customers through proficient sales techniques and service offerings.
- Offer nutrition consulting services to clients, leveraging your background and expertise.
- Work on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as required. (Weekly off will be on Weekdays)
- Maintain high fluency in English and at least one other regional language to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to all interactions.
Requirements:
- Must be located near the specified clinic locations.
- Proven proficiency in both sales and services.
- Background in nutrition consulting is essential.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Strong ability to convert prospects into paid customers.
- High fluency in English and at least one regional language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Must be able to travel to the specified clinic locations daily.
