Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Clinical Laboratory Technician at Clinical Pathology Lab in Coimbatore. As a Clinical Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and documenting findings. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results, and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
- Proven experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technician
- Excellent knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory information systems
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification
Experience with phlebotomy and specimen collection is preferred.
