To actively develop and lead the tactical execution of the CE Strategy in the Regional Commercial Organisation (RCO) in collaboration with the
Strategic Business Units and the corporate CE function in order to achieve commercial sales and marketing goals. To support the sales &
marketing teams by coordinating and assisting with training and education, congresses, courses and other events.
Participate in the development of the country strategy for CE/PS and KOL in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Lead, the Strategic
Business Units and Corporate CE function; incorporating online platforms as well as face to face and hands on courses
Tactical execution of the RCO strategy and delivery of quality education programmes for dental and healthcare professionals Responsible for the management, mobilisation and quality assessment of OPL's (includes recruiting, training, managing courses and OPL
performance) ensuring engagement, focus on key brands and consistency in message
Support the regional marketing & sales teams by providing in country guidance and an expert opinion when required
Work with marketing team to update/develop new training and education materials based on identified needs, including case reports etc.
Delivery of salesforce and dealer training programmes in collaboration with marketing
Monitor clinical publications and provide relevant updates to sales and marketing
Responsible for controlling, monitoring and updating the training and education budget with forecasted/actual spend on monthly basis
Develop and implement process to measure end-user need satisfaction (KPIs)
Develop and implement curriculum and course delivery according to educational needs in line with local plan execution
Coordinate with event planner to plan events, determine budget need, evaluate ROI and ensure successful event management
Maintain records of customers interested in CE courses, follow up, input leads onto CRM from events
Manage ordering of free/demo stock, monitor and maintain course equipment and consumables
Compliance with Corporate guidance and initiatives, (inc PPSA/OPL payments) and provision of statistical data analysis
Support commercial and marketing leads in drafting commercial plans
Typical background
Preferably a Bachelor's degree in a clinical or technical field i.e. medical,
dental or dental hygiene. We will consider equivalent professional
Qualification Certifications/Licensing
Years and Type of Experience:
3 years related experience with demonstrated record of success
Proven ability to coordinate and effectively plan continuing education
events for the purpose of knowledge development
Key Required Skills, Knowledge And Capabilities
Analytical, planning, organisational and implementation experience
ideally working within marketing
Strong command of Microsoft Office and Internet applications
Proven track record of developing Training and Education
programmes
Able to travel both nationally and internationally
Fluency in English
Background in Dentistry an advantage
