Training of Sales Team for IOL/OVD/miLoop Portfolio for newly recruited Sales team and periodical Refresher Training.
Identify Clinical Studies and scientific collaterals for promotion of IOL/OVD Portfolio and train the team to use for technical discussions during sales calls.
Training of Customers for Premium IOLs and help sales team increase sales of premium IOLs.
Plan new product Launches along with Marketing Team.
Customer training & engagement
Manage Top 25 customers of the region have vvery high premium surgeries. May or may not be existing customers. nurthure these accounts, break them and increase share.
Conduct Customer Training Programs related to IOL Portfolio.
Clinical Support for customers Z CALC and Premium IOL Calculations Support customers and sales team in toric IOL calculations and with IOLMASTER 700. Support customer queries on premium IOL Calculations.
Conduct onsite educational & training for clinical application 2nd level support to regional team.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team to conduct webinars/symposium/Scientific Session/live surgery in Organized events or activities done along with Regional Ophthalmic societies.
Work with KOL in making effecting podium presence and share of voice of IOL Products.
Practice Development Program for Customers to increase the premium IOL Sales.
Identification of KOL and collaborating for engaging them as Speakers for IOL and OVD.
Work with Marketing for Clinical Sites for Product Evaluation and Customer Testimonial.
Coordinate with the Global calculation team and also on long term establish IOL Calculation desk for Premium IOL Cus tomers. Market mapping Understand Market size, product positioning and propose solution which is best fit for products.
Customer mapping and update of data in SFDC.
Participate in competitive analysis and strategy development of region.
Keep track on competition activities and create strategies to increase our market share.
Prepare counter strategy for IOLs looking at competition activities. Team Skill Management
Manage employee activities, providing suitable training & coaching.
Support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, and public relations Stakeholder / Vendor Management
Work with NSM / RSM and support them with specific training needs.
External agencies providing solution around training in case obtaining value added service
Key Result Areas
Responsible 25 high volume Toric, Trifocal & multifocal accounts. May or may not be existing customers. Break those accounts and then increase the share of wallet.
Delivering 50-60 mil INR individual target.
Responsible for regional Clinical Support for customers Z CALC and Premium IOL Calculations. Support customers and sales team in toric IOL calculations and with IOLMASTER 700. Support customer queries on premium IOL Calcula tions.
Work with Marketing for Clinical Sites for Product Evaluation and Customer Testimonial.
Annually, 6 weeks of face-to-face training to regional team South & West.
Increase share of premium IOLs 50% of Total regional Sales by providing training needs and continuously monitor the progress of business.
Ensure achievement of Product Mix target by sales team.
