Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic located in Kharghar. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably with some exposure to the cosmetic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with doctors, staff, and patients to ensure efficient workflow.
• Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain clinic inventory and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic protocols.
• Oversee billing, cash management, and financial records.
• Lead and motivate the clinic team to meet performance targets.
• Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and manage feedback effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in clinic/healthcare management.
• Prior experience in the cosmetic industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and practices.
