Clinic Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

A)Job Responsibilities:

The Clinical manager is responsible for the overall running of KAREs clinical side of things in the branch within the parameters set by the management from time to time

1. Clinic

Engage proactively with prosthetic and orthotic resource personnel provided from the head office to build skill base of branch staff

Engage with referral sources (Doctors, physiotherapist, other healthcare professionals) on a consistent basis and minimize complaints under the supervision of regional manager

Follow a no-compromise approach on quality of patient care services

Evaluate and treat patients need for Prosthetic, Orthotic and/or Pedorthic services and supplies.

Responsible for the quality of devices being fitted to patients. Need to engage with C-Fab manager and technical team of the branch to ensure best quality products are being received by the clinic from the concerned departments.

Responsible for making sure that stock of raw materials, components and prefabricated devices is maintained properly in the branch (including inhouse lab)

Conduct weekly clinical meeting with the regional manager and clinical team members

Manage the patient schedule for entire branch which includes the clinic and outstation visits.

Work in progress (WIP) report: Ensure that updating the WIP report in coordination with the clinicians.

Make sure that devices are delivered to patients in appropriate timeframe.

Home visit: Responsible for arranging the appropriate clinician for home visits as per the request from marketing manager/team.

2. Management:

Responsible for the entire clinical and technical activities for the concerned branch

Develop a robust clinical team that will aid in achieving organizational objectives & targets embracing the values of the company

Promote a positive and dynamic working environment through leadership and mentoring of clinical team

2. Miscellaneous:

Manage clinical and technical teams holidays and leaves under the supervision of HR. Make sure enough clinicians are available to take care of patients at any given point.

Manage clinical and technical teams daily travel expenses under the supervision of the regional manager within the allotted budget.

Work closely with the marketing manager for increasing referral base in outstation areas

Encourage clinical team to promote online reviews on social media platforms from patients

Work closely with marketing manager under the supervision of regional manager to make sure the entre branch activities are going on smoothly in a cohesive fashion

Will be directly reporting to the regional manager

Provide support & mentoring for admin activities with the support of admin coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work of hospital administration: 2 years (Preferred)
• Operations management: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Kannada (Preferred)
