Dent Ally is a multi-speciality dental practice based at Gulmohar Park in South Delhi and Sushant Lok at Gurugram.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in South Delhi for a Clinic Manager. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including managing staff, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring smooth clinic functioning. They will also be responsible for budgeting, communication with patients and staff, and training team members.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Medicine and Healthcare knowledge is an added advantage. However, this is not a mandate. Willingness to learn should be there
• Training and Leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in clinic or healthcare management is preferred
