By the 5th year into its journey, BetterWay would be on it's way to treat 5 lakh patients annually. This feat will be achieved by protocol driven superspeciality among top 4/5 Chronic ailments. Enabled by a world class, IP owning care community of nearly 600+ clinicians and 800+ Paramedics. In this journey, BetterWay IP Medicines and Supplements will be directly consumed by 10Lakh+ Happy users family of BetterWay treated patients. BetterWay will be a India's trusted household name & default reference point, for all things related Ayurvedic medicine, treatment and supplements.

What is needed of you

As the Clinical Management Associate, you will be at the heart of our commitment to delivering exceptional Ayurvedic treatment and care.

At BetterWay you will play a critical role in ensuring our multi-specialty Ayurvedic day-care centers deliver a world-class patient experience.

You'll manage the operations of our state-of-the-art OPD facilities, including day procedure and preparation rooms, while seamlessly coordinating with our expert doctors and paramedics to deliver holistic, evidence-based care.

You will play a key role in optimizing processes using a technology-first approach, from managing clinical supplies and therapy schedules to overseeing patient journeys and handling any operational escalations.

Your role will span into the following ownership areas:

OPD Escalation and Fulfillment Risk Management: Handle any escalations related to OPD services, patient complaints, or operational challenges. Proactively identify potential risks to OPD fulfillment and develop strategies to mitigate and solve these issues promptly

Manage OPD Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of our OPD, including patient check in, and patient flow management.

Procedure Schedule Management: Develop and manage therapy schedules, coordinating with technicians and therapists to ensure optimal utilization of resources and smooth patient transitions between therapies.

Technician Roster Management: Create and maintain the roster for technicians, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet patient needs and minimize wait times.

Supply Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of therapy supplies and other medical essentials. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment and avoid any supply shortages..

Patient Experience: Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction by managing wait times, addressing patient concerns, and optimizing OPD processes.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of patient visits, treatments, follow-ups, and other relevant data.

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the medical team, administrative staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00 per month
