Job Purpose
ICE Data Analytics has a unique opportunity for a full-time Client Support Specialist to join a team responsible for providing high quality, professional services in support of various Fixed Income Analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support and monitor customer specific processing with accuracy and diligence to ensure users are able to maximize use of the various fixed income desktop products
- Performs other duties such as coverage analysis for prospective clients, process sample/demo portfolios and generate reports as requested
- Analyze, research, and respond to client queries in fast paced environment via phone, email and chat in a professional manner
- Maintain regular contact with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service is provided
- Work closely with various team such as Product, Quality Assurance, Data and Development to resolve client concerns
Knowledge And Experience
- 3 years experience in a customer-facing technical support role or 1 year experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven effectiveness in a role that requires multi-tasking and strong customer soft skills
- Demonstrated ability to confidently deliver solutions and resolve issues
- Team-oriented, demonstrates a professional and cooperative attitude
- Exhibits flexibility, can multi-task several priorities to completion, finishes ad hoc projects and requests when needed

This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.
