Job description

Meeting Targets: Achieve monthly targets to ensure proper work flow.

Client Consultation: Counsel students on the VISA process and requirements

Documentation: Gather and review the necessary documents required for the visa application process.

Follow up- Follow up with clients on timely basis.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest visa policies, regulations, and changes in immigration laws.

Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the visa application process.

Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service and support to students, answering their queries, clarifying doubts, and providing timely assistance throughout the visa application journey.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of client information, visa applications, and any other relevant documentation.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive client information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualification:

Any graduate/post-graduate with atleast 1 year work experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience of about a year dealing with Canada VISA.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Problem-solving abilities to handle complex visa-related issues.

Multilingual skills may be advantageous, depending on the clientele served.

Salary: I15000-20000 per month Fixed + Incentives

Location: Hoshiarpur

Timings: Afternoon Shift
