Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Client Success Team as an Executive. As a Client Success Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with an emphasis on providing exceptional service and achieving client objectives. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar client success or account management role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of the background verification services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by clients
  • Understand clients needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services to clients
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients
  • Monitor client accounts, track usage patterns, and provide regular reports and updates
  • Gather client feedback and communicate internally to drive process improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions
  • Conduct client presentations, training sessions, and webinars as required
