We are hiring Customer Sucess - Manager . We are perfume manufacturing. Preferred mumbai candidates only.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Understand project requirements of both Domestic & International clients

- Maintain timely, effective communication to manage client expectations

- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure project execution timelines

- Proactive issue identification and resolution

• Project presentations & new client onboarding

Desired profile of the candidate

- Graduate Degree

- Strong English communication & presentation skills

- Strong organisational & follow-up/coordination skills

- Background in Business Development/Marketing/Project Management

- Prior leadership/management experience preferred

Experience -5 years ( Industry like FMCG , Manufacturing, Pharma experience is being preferred)
