Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Success Manager (CSM) with a passion for digital strategy. As a CSM, you will drive client-centric strategies that maximize ROI while ensuring revenue retention and growth. You will work closely with clients to shape and execute digital strategies that exceed their business objectives. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients digital transformations and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client-Centric Strategy: Develop and execute tailored, ROI-driven strategies that focus on maximizing client satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Revenue Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell to drive client retention and long-term revenue growth.
  • Digital Strategy Implementation: Create and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with clients business goals, utilizing your expertise in at least one digital marketing channel (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing) and a broad understanding of others.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless execution of client needs, offering a coordinated approach.
  • Client Health Monitoring: Proactively track client health metrics, identifying potential risks and providing strategic solutions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Industry Insights & Best Practices: Provide strategic recommendations on best practices in digital marketing, ensuring alignment with industry trends and driving measurable outcomes for client success.

Skills Required


  • 5+ Years of experience in managing / crafting Strategies for multiple Digital Channels to increase ROI
  • Should possess MBA or similar Master's Degree in Marketing.
  • Proven experience in customer success, digital strategy, or account management roles.
  • Expertise in one or more digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable insights
