1. Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients/partners to increase their transactions wallet share with BRISKPE.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to trade transactions.
2. Query Resolution:
Address and resolve client queries promptly and effectively regarding transactions, export documents.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
3. Product Expertise:
Acquire in-depth knowledge of BRISKPE s products and services.
Educate clients on the features and benefits of our offerings.
4. Client Training:
Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure optimal utilization of BRISKPE s platform.
Provide guidance on best practices in transaction banking. Understand and educate clients on the requirements of trade w.r.t. Shipping, Logistics, Insurance, Banking, and regulatory requirements.
5. Trust Building:
Build and nurture trust-based relationships with clients.
Anticipate client/partners needs and proactively address potential issues.
6. Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from clients/partners to identify areas for improvement.
Communicate client feedback to internal teams for continuous enhancement.
Gather testimonials from clients who are happy with BRISKPE s services.
7. Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions.
Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and issue resolution metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in transaction banking or a related client-facing role.
Strong understanding of trade-related processes and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with a focus on client success.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Understanding of business ethics and compliance with regulatory requirements.
