Your Opportunity: Build Things that Solves Real Problems
Stipend : 10K per month
Duration : 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Client Success Manager in managing client accounts and ensuring client
satisfaction.
2. Prepare and update client reports, presentations, and documentation.
3. Help track and analyse client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
improvement.
4. Coordinate with members from different departments for the seamless execution of
client projects.
5. Handle routine client communications, including responding to emails, scheduling
meetings, and following up on action items.
6. Support the implementation of client success initiatives and campaigns.
7. Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Client Success Manager.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,
Communications, or a related field.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
