We are looking for a motivated and experienced Client Success Associate to join our team. As a Client Success Executive, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to our clients. In addition, you will be managing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Responsibilities
Establish customer support & service practices
Provide product support, feedback, and enhancement ideas
Build a customer success storyboard
Key anchor maintaining a winning relationship with clients
Understanding customer needs to help use our product to the best of its abilities
Prepare and maintain structured processes, procedures, and time-sensitive client ops and interactions
Research user feedback for a better understanding of product engagement parameters
Documenting the complete process of a release
Gathering complete information from meetings with various stakeholders and documenting all reports
Managing client interactions, operations, and processes from product launch to technical support.
Daily review and internal reporting of product usage, client-wise through admin dashboard setup
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce or similar.
2-4 years of client/customer support experience.
Experience working with a startup workspace and culture.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Basic knowledge of project management tool (any).
