The Team

We are looking to fill two client support analyst roles on our global BRS&T client success team in Gurgaon, India. Successful candidates will join our global client success team. Our team is responsible for answering client questions and partnering with our development teams to resolve issues on our suite of products. Ours is a dynamic multicultural team with team members in HK, Malaysia, London, NY, Boulder, and Raleigh.

Working in US hours 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST

Should be open to work for 4 days of week + 1 day of weekend

The Impact

Client Support Analysts interact with our clients via email and phone conversations daily. This role is vital to keeping our clients happy and creating a strong rapport with our clients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. S&P Global is a client centric organization and we take great pride in the exceptional client service that our team provides.

Responsibilities

  • Resolving clients inbound queries
  • Providing client training
  • Support sales with client demos
  • Performing software testing
  • Liaising between clients and product teams (providing feedback)
  • Documenting client interactions via Salesforce
  • Escalating urgent Issues and managing Client Communication

What We're Looking For

  • Previous client facing experience would be helpful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills with basic understanding of software products
  • Confident, friendly, and professional
  • Empathetic and capable of establishing rapport with clients
  • Mastery of MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task & work in fast paced environment
  • Experience/Knowledge in Capital Markets is added advantage
