Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile Product Consultant/Client Solutions Manager with experience in IT services, IT sales, and project management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects, coupled with a proven track record in sales and product consultation. You will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, recommending tailored solutions, and driving sales through effective consultation and project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions and services.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of product deployment projects.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on company products and services, providing guidance and support to both clients and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with product development teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT services, with a focus on product consultation, IT sales, and project management.
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT solutions, architectures, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels.
- Experience in preparing and delivering compelling product demonstrations and proposals.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations.
