Nextyn is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Client Solutions Manager to join our growing Expert Network team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, crafting solutions to meet their needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, consistently exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of the client relationship.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and deliver customized solutions that address their specific challenges and goals.
- Oversee the project execution process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's needs.
- Manage a team of experts, ensuring they are properly briefed on project requirements and deliver high-quality work aligned with the client's solution.
- Track and report on project metrics, including client satisfaction, project success, and return on investment (ROI).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in client solutions or account management.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the Expert Network Industry (a plus)
