Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing: Act as one of the primary points of contact for client. Build and nurture
strong professional relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their
objectives and requirements.
Client Satisfaction: Proactively measure and evaluate client satisfaction levels. Implement
strategies to continually improve client experience and exceed expectations.
Partner Relationship Management: Build relationship with the partners to ensure that
their needs are met by effective communication, problem-solving and prompt responses.
Communication: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in all interactions with
clients and internal stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and
any potential roadblocks to relevant parties to ensure transparency and alignment.
Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks
and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the company's quality standards
and align with the client's expectations. Articulating brand requirements and
communicating the same to the relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Client Services.
Excellent communication and time management.
Prior agency experience and working with a huge brand is a plus.
