LexiConn is looking for a proactive, motivated professional who will be responsible for acting as a point of contact for our potential and existing clients. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements Responsibilities -
- Respond to client inquiries via email in an efficient and effective manner
- Become a reliable point of contact for each client to help establish a strong business relationship.
- Interact with clients to understand deliverables and expectations
- Identify, develop and maintain relations with potential clients to drive billed revenue for attaining set revenue targets
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization, including support, service, technology and manage resources, in order to ensure seamless functioning of the client accounts.
Qualifications -
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Marketing/Content Agency experience (preferred)
- Enthusiastic, energetic, imaginative, a clear communicator, in person and in writing.
