We are looking for client servicing manager who has wokred with Ad/Creative/Digital Agency.
- Responsible for managing client relationships and overlooking operations for everyday deliverables.
- Understand the brief which is received from the client, explain to the internal team (Copywriters, Designers, Brand Strategies, Social And Digital Executives,Video Film ) and get the work done, and deliver to the client.
- Managing the quick resolution of escalations and issues raised by clients and internal teams
- Driving creativity and efficiencies in the existing process while ensuring team targets are consistently met
- Monitoring client s satisfaction levels and team performance on a regular basis
- Managing agency s financials to consistently limit overhead costs and increasing both monetary and brand value of accounts
- Regularly drive business reviews with Management (Client and Internal) to
- check the overall health of the account and the internal team s performance
- Understanding of Marketing Strategy and Business mechanisms of various categories.
- Hands-on Understanding of how positioning and brand architecture and strategy are changing/impacting business performance in the marketplace today. Passionate about consumption trends and the evolving consumer for different product and service categories. Ability to understand, decode and arrive at purchase mindset .
- Hands-on understanding of how to structure a team, hand out roles and responsibilities, allocate goals and implement strategies with a Multi-tier and Multi-disciplinary team. Should possess good leadership skills and also should have the ability to groom the next rung of successors.
