Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Implement social media solutions developed by the team for various clients of TSBI by using various digital platforms, for example, social networking sites, blogs, websites, etc.
  • Understand and execute the strategy within the context of that assignment.
  • Respond and react to changes within social networks, changes in functionality, methods of engagement, and more.
  • Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions, etc.
  • Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.
  • Manage presence on social networking sites and posting on relevant blogs.
  • Work with the Visual Communication and Content team to develop end-to-end campaign plans and creative output for the campaign and ensure that social media tools are kept up to date.
  • Ensure timely delivery of the project by regular reporting structures and effective client servicing.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required

  • 4-5 years of prior work experience into the digital industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to be responsible for team performance
  • Communicate efficiently with the client
  • Extensive data about digital platforms and their services
