Key responsibilities
- Implement social media solutions developed by the team for various clients of TSBI by using various digital platforms, for example, social networking sites, blogs, websites, etc.
- Understand and execute the strategy within the context of that assignment.
- Respond and react to changes within social networks, changes in functionality, methods of engagement, and more.
- Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions, etc.
- Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the social media campaigns.
- Manage presence on social networking sites and posting on relevant blogs.
- Work with the Visual Communication and Content team to develop end-to-end campaign plans and creative output for the campaign and ensure that social media tools are kept up to date.
- Ensure timely delivery of the project by regular reporting structures and effective client servicing.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required
- 4-5 years of prior work experience into the digital industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to be responsible for team performance
- Communicate efficiently with the client
- Extensive data about digital platforms and their services
