Requirements / Qualifications:
College Degree and minimum of 4-6 years work experience in MICE / EVENTS, travel or hospitality ideally in a Client Servicing environment.
Must be Proactive, Enthusiastic, highly self-motivated, Goal oriented and Results-driven.
Must achieve the appointment goals assigned and help in building the Account Sales Pipeline.
Must be task oriented and focused in approach to meet the timelines.
Strong sales, analytical, organization, communication and people skills required.
Working knowledge of MICE revenue / Event Client Servicing is preferred.
Should be a Team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills are important along with keen attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account / Client Servicing
Build and maintain customer relationships with the objective of generating business volumes.
Planning Account based selling activity, achieving targets and execution plans.
Working on other ad-hoc projects as required by the business.
Meet account growth targets set by management for the assigned account.
Work with reporting manager to complete assigned projects.
