Job Summary: The Account Manager (role) will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of market research projects. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

- Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
Client Satisfaction:
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement client feedback to enhance service quality and exceed client expectations.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Business Development:
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Market Research, or related field.
- Proven experience ( 4-6 years) in account management, preferably within the market research industry.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
