Job Description

Job Summary: The Account Manager (role) will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of market research projects. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of market research methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

People who do not have experience in Enterprise Account Management should not apply. Proven track record in an account management role is a must.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client objectives and challenges to effectively align our services with their needs.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.

Client Satisfaction:

  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement client feedback to enhance service quality and exceed client expectations.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Business Development:

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and revenue forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Market Research, or related field.
  • Proven experience ( 4-6 years) in account management, preferably within the market research industry.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
