Job Description

About us: Nash is communication strategy and experiential marketing agency. A live marketing agency based in Mumbai that organizes and executes various experiential events for brands and businesses, such as festivals, concerts, ceremonies, etc. We excel in brand building, ad production, and event management.

As a Client Servicing Manager at Nash Experience, you'll be the bridge between our agency and our valued clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded. With a knack for relationship-building and a proactive mindset, you'll collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that elevate our clients brands and deliver unforgettable experiences. If you're passionate about innovation, inspiration, and making meaningful connections, join us in redefining the realm of experiential marketing.

Location: Mulund

Working model: Onsite

Days: Monday to Saturdays

Timings: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Budget: 25-35k

Experience: 2 - 3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Proactively address client needs and anticipate potential issues to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer assistance as needed.
  • Understand the specific needs and goals of each client and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and implementation of client requests.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client services, account management, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint and Microsoft office suite.
