Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Asst Manager/Manager at IHM in Gurugram. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for client services, client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

• Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in events, marketing, or hospitality industry
• Ability to make corporate events centric presentations
• Ability to work with internal team for coordination of creatives & production
• Making estimates & closing respective vendor or artist
• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Event management field
• Preference - Candidate should be from Gurgaon, office is at sector 58.
