Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Manager. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client services, client relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for communication and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Service the marketing & communication needs of the existing clients
Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals.
Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
Build relationship with top spending clients and facilitate Co.s participation in the various media pitches.
Plan preparation inputs and work with team to develop proposals that meets the campaign objectives
Knowledge of social media practices as well
Create and maintain a comprehensive company presence
Update company accounts with relevant and topical content
Identify relevant opportunities of cross selling
Conduct market research to identify relevant opportunities
