GTF Technologies is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Servicing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our clients and the agency, ensuring smooth communication, project execution, and overall client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual who is adept at managing multiple clients and campaigns in the fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand clients business goals and objectives to offer tailored marketing solutions.- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, website, social media, marketing, etc.) to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
Manage client communications, including project updates, feedback, and approvals.
- Handle client queries and issues promptly, providing solutions that align with business objectives.
Develop and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
