Job Responsibilities
Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols for global projects

Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes
Willing to work according to different geographical time-zones if and when needed
Qualifications
3-5 years prior experience in client servicing roles
Proven Experience In a Leadership Role Is Required
Excellent communication skills
Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls
Superior organizational and time management skills
Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience
Ability to speak a second language is an asset
