Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring alignment with client vision and objectives.
  • Grow Key accounts to ensure more business & maximum profitability
  • Oversee end-to-end event execution, including planning, coordination, and delivery, while managing budget and timelines.
  • Develop and present compelling pitch decks and project plans in collaboration with the creative department.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, requests, and issues promptly, handling escalations with minimal Director involvement.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and foster repeat business by delivering high-quality events and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Provide regular progress updates to company Directors and follow up on payments and feedback.
  • Manage and supervise a team, ensuring efficient work processes and effective project completion.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance client offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Mass media or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in client servicing or account management within the event industry.
  • Strong understanding of event planning, production, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for events and proactive client servicing approach.
  • Six days working
  • Work Location: C2/16, 2nd Floor, Bramha Estate, Nibm Junction, Pune - 411048.
