We are seeking a proactive and experienced Client Servicing - Manager to join our dynamic event management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting the overall client servicing function. This role requires a thorough understanding of client needs and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
-Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all client-related communications and queries.
-Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, production, and operations, to ensure timely and successful delivery of event services according to client requirements.
-Service Excellence: Ensure the highest level of service quality and client satisfaction by anticipating client needs, addressing concerns promptly, and providing innovative solutions.
-Account Management: Oversee the management of client accounts, including budget tracking, invoicing, and post-event reporting.
-Client Retention: Develop strategies to enhance client loyalty and retention, including upselling and cross-selling additional services.
-Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, attending key meetings, and ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
-Problem Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them effectively, ensuring minimal impact on client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client feedback, service delivery metrics, and account performance to inform management decisions.
-Budget Planning:
- Assist in developing and managing event budgets, providing clients with transparent cost breakdowns.
Ensure financial expectations are met, and communicate any budgetary considerations clearly to clients.- Plan and implement the overall Meetings and Event strategies
Building workflows to manage the Events strategies

Client interaction/meeting on regular basis- Revenue planning & Client engagement
Good in Microsoft Office Power Point Presentation and Excel
- Good in writing & communication skills with internal and external stake holders
Manage and oversee all the initiatives to ensure smooth execution and fulfilling client requirement within the given timelines- Owning client brief/campaigns right from ideation, planning, coordination & execution
Ensure effective planning and execution of Events or Weddings
- Ensuring sending timely presentations and budget to the client
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-4-5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the event management industry.
-Strong understanding of event management processes and client servicing standards.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously with attention to detail.
