As a Client Servicing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients while ensuring the successful execution of their digital marketing campaigns. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and goals.- Performance Marketing Media, SEO, Creative Strategy, Managing Client in Digital needs.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress, campaign performance, and new opportunities.
Roles can be Asst Manager, Sr. Client Servicing Manager, Manager.
- Preferably from Digital Marketing Agency industry with good communication Skills.
Have managed Top IT giants in the past.- Know how about events and conferences.
Data intelligence is good to have.
- Have done cross sell and upsell in the past.
