Job Description: We are an established event company specializing in organizing and executing a wide range of events, including corporate conferences and trade shows. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and delivering exceptional event experiences.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their event requirements, objectives, and preferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance throughout the event planning and execution process.
Collaborate with clients to develop event concepts, themes, and strategies that align with their vision and objectives.
Coordinate with internal event teams, including designer and production team to ensure seamless event execution.
Proactively communicate with clients, keeping them updated on event progress, milestones, and any necessary adjustments.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback.
Prepare detailed event proposals, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
Monitor client satisfaction levels, conduct post-event evaluations, and implement improvements based on feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
Ability to work under pressure and navigate tight deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address client challenges and provide innovative solutions.
