Job Title: Client Servicing Executive + Sales

Location: Andheri (West)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Client Servicing Specialist with a strong background in lead generation and cold calling. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client needs, and driving business growth through proactive outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry forums.
  • Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services, generate interest, and schedule meetings or demos.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture prospects and convert them into active clients.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Reporting: Track and report on client interactions, lead generation activities, and conversion rates to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and contribute to overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client servicing, sales, or a related field, with a focus on lead generation and cold calling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving goals.

Education:

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
