We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, with a strong educational background from a reputable college. You must possess excellent communication skills, a high IQ level, and be well-versed in social media trends. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Gama is essential.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Manage client interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.- Create engaging presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
Design and manage content on social media platforms with the help of Canva and Gama.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
Provide feedback and insights to clients based on their needs and objectives.
Bachelor's degree from a reputed college.- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High IQ level and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Gama.- Awareness of social media trends and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
