Roles & Responsibilities
- To develop in-depth expertise in client's business and market
- To provide account team with timely/ accurate market data, budget limits, job specifications, marketing direction and completion due dates
- Master all aspect of operations to ensure timely delivery of communication execution to the client
- Manage accurate documentation and financial aspects like recaps, billings, budgets, information, records, etc
- To liaise with creative teams and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothly on time and on budget
- Be the single point of contact for all operational updates .
Experience Required
6 months - 4 Years of experience in an advertising agency
Skills/ Competencies Required
- Energy, competitive spirit, and passionate
- Ability to multi-task and able to work under pressure/ deadlines
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), excellent attention to details, be well organized and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
