Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Servicing professional in the field of Digital Marketing. This role requires a solid understanding of various digital marketing channels including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and Websites. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in client servicing within the digital marketing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating digital marketing strategies and solutions. Lead end-to-end digital marketing projects for clients, covering SEO, Google Ads, SM, and Website Design.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services, addressing concerns, and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop comprehensive strategies tailored to each client's goals and objectives.
- Google Ads Management: Coordinate with team to create, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive relevant traffic, leads, and conversions for clients.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
- Website Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of client websites, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance optimization.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to clients and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Knowledge about Google Ads platform and campaign management.
- Experience with Social Media and Ads Management.
- Knowledge of website development platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other SEO/SM platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
